Every project starts with a conversation. Whether you contact us by phone or through our website, we'll listen to your goals, discuss your ideas, and arrange a time to visit your home and see the project firsthand.

Submit Request 

Use our Contact Us page to fill out the Project Initiation Form with as much details as you can share. If you have questions or would like to speak to someone directly to schedule your estimate please reach out to us directly at

Schedule Estimate

We will discuss your project needs then schedule an in person estimate. At your estimate we will take measurements and pictures to prepare your written itemized estimate.

Estimate Approval

Transparency is important to us. A detailed itemized estimate will be released to you. Click here to see an example of one of our written estimates. When you are ready you hit "approve" to begin the contract signing portion of your job.

Project Planning Process

General Contract

After approving your estimate we will generate a General Contract specific for your job.
The contract will include a copy of the approved scope of work, draw payment schedule, terms and conditions, and project start and completion dates if applicable. 

Project Software

You will be sent an invitation to our project management software Buildertrend. This is a free service that we provide to all of our customers. This will give you access to all of your projects details which includes: Real time job schedule, project photos, daily logs, change orders, invoice copies, and current job cost. 

Material Selection

Since all projects are unique this can vary based on the materials needed. Depending on your project type selecting the allowance materials could involve: meeting at vendor showrooms, exchanging idea books through Houzz/Pinterest, exchanging emails with possible selection from top online suppliers.

Scheduling Start Date

Once materials are chosen a start date will be selected. If needed your permit will be pulled. If applicable a dumpster will be delivered on site and you may begin to be delivered materials. We will provide detailed communication leading up to any deliveries or drop offs. 

Starting Your Project

We take pride in our care for your existing home. From demolition to completion we will communicate what is happening and protect your flooring and personal items.

Start Day

It's go time! On day 1 we will go over the project details with you prior to start. Any change or additions to the scope will be sent via Buildertrend for your approval.

Mid Project Update

Throughout your project you will stay connected through Buildertrend, where you can view pictures, schedules, change orders, and daily logs. If needed a mid project update will be provided.

Wrapping Up

We encourage open communication throughout your project. Most questions or concerns are addressed as they arise rather than waiting until the end. For larger projects we extend a 2 week point up period after completion.
